Introduction
Welcome to Little Munchkin Society.
By booking, attending, or participating in any of our classes, workshops, events, field trips, developmental programmes, sensory sessions, or related activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be completed through our official website or approved booking channels.
Full payment is required to secure a child's place in a session unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.
As class sizes are intentionally kept small, spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Class Availability
All classes, workshops, and events are subject to availability.
Little Munchkin Society reserves the right to reschedule, modify, relocate, or cancel any session if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, venue requirements, facilitator availability, weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient enrolment.
Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.
3. Age Requirements
Activities are designed for children aged approximately 6 months to 8 years old unless otherwise stated.
Parents are responsible for booking sessions suitable for their child's age and developmental stage.
Little Munchkin Society reserves the right to decline participation if a session is deemed unsuitable for a child based on safety or developmental considerations.
4. Parent & Guardian Responsibility
Parents or guardians remain responsible for their child throughout the session unless the activity is specifically designated as a drop-off programme.
Children must be supervised appropriately at all times.
Parents should ensure that emergency contact details provided during booking remain accurate and up to date.
5. Health & Safety
For the wellbeing of all participants:
-
Children who are unwell should not attend classes.
-
Children displaying symptoms of contagious illness may be refused entry.
-
Parents must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, behavioural concerns, or special requirements that may affect participation.
While all reasonable precautions are taken, participation in activities is at the parent's or guardian's own discretion and risk.
6. Activity Materials
All materials used are selected to be child-friendly and age-appropriate wherever reasonably possible.
Parents are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, or specific medical conditions prior to participation.
Little Munchkin Society cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
7. Photography & Media Consent
Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken during classes, workshops, or events for educational, promotional, social media, and marketing purposes.
By attending our sessions, parents acknowledge that photography may occur.
Parents who do not wish for their child to appear in any photographs or videos must notify us in writing before the session begins.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
8. Refund Policy
Bookings are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Little Munchkin Society.
If a session is cancelled by us, participants may receive:
-
A replacement session,
-
Class credit, or
-
A refund, where applicable.
Processing times for approved refunds may vary.
9. Rescheduling Policy
Requests to reschedule must be made as early as possible.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Missed sessions due to non-attendance may not be eligible for replacement classes, refunds, or credits.
10. Field Trips & External Activities
For field trips, outdoor activities, and off-site programmes:
-
Parents must provide accurate emergency information.
-
Additional consent forms may be required.
-
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by facilitators and venue operators.
Little Munchkin Society reserves the right to remove participants whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
11. Behaviour Expectations
We strive to maintain a positive, respectful, and safe learning environment for all children and families.
Aggressive, disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from a session without refund.
12. Intellectual Property
All activity plans, class materials, educational resources, website content, photographs, graphics, branding, and programme concepts remain the intellectual property of Little Munchkin Society unless otherwise stated.
